The art of waking up

For those that know me, know that yoga is my way to heal and recover (mentally & physically) and has truly become my anchor the last year. Yoga is also my gateway to live mindfully, helps me to separate myself from my thoughts, learning to live in the present moment with a heart full of gratitude.

Let's dive right in with this short post!

The word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit root 'Yuj', meaning 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite'. As per Yogic scriptures the practice of Yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness, indicating a perfect harmony between the mind and body.

Yoga can support the healing process and help the person experience symptoms with more centeredness and less distress.

Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. ... Yoga helps with back pain relief. ...

Yoga can ease arthritis symptoms. ...

Yoga benefits heart health. ...

Yoga relaxes you, to help you sleep better.

Through of yoga we learning to breathe again

  • Yoga is about making space for compassion.

  • Yoga reminds me that everything is connected so we must live, act, and breathe with awareness.

True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life

Thank you
